Bridgette Bell McAdoo leads the Global Sustainability practice at Genesys, embedding sustainability across operations and strategy to optimize environmental, social, and economic impact. With more than 20 years of experience, she has held leadership roles at KFC, the World Wildlife Fund, and in engineering and operations for NASA’s Space Shuttle and Mars Rover programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Florida A&M University and an MBA in Strategy from the Drucker School of Management.
