Caitlin has over 15 years of experience in ESG data analysis, impact evaluation, and strategy development,  and has helped purpose-driven organizations measure and communicate their sustainability and reporting goals.Caitlin has a PhD in Sociology from the University of British Columbia, where she studied the use of indicator-based impact assessment on social and policy outcomes. She is a credentialed evaluator (CE) with the Canadian Evaluation Society, a member of the American Evaluation Association, certified in Social Return on Investment, Global Reporting Initiative, and utilization-focused evaluation, among many other frameworks and standards.
